1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by ACOPES AI — including the acopesai.com website and the TagFlow Chrome browser extension — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ACOPES AI. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use paid features of our services.

2. Service Description

ACOPES AI is an AI-powered optimisation platform for Etsy sellers. It provides title, tag, thumbnail, and listing analysis in draft-safe mode — meaning no changes are published to your Etsy shop without your explicit approval.

TagFlow is a Chrome browser extension that analyses Etsy tag competition and search data using AI. TagFlow operates independently from your Etsy account and does not require Etsy API access or OAuth authorisation. Analysis results are informational only.

3. Accounts

To use TagFlow, you must register with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at hello@acopesai.com if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

TagFlow offers the following plans:

• Free — 15 tag analyses per day at no charge. No payment required.
• Premium — 250 tag analyses per day, billed at $6.99 / month.
• Power Seller — 9,999 tag analyses per day, billed at $10.99 / month.

Daily analysis limits reset at midnight (UTC). Unused analyses do not carry over to the next day. Plan features and pricing may change; existing subscribers will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price increase.

5. Billing & Payment (Paddle)

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle.com, Inc., our authorised payment processor and Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Paddle handles all payment processing, receipt issuance, and applicable tax (VAT/GST) collection on our behalf. Your payment details are held by Paddle under Paddle's Terms of Use — we do not store your card number or billing address.

You will receive a receipt from Paddle for each successful charge. All amounts are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription date. Your payment method will be charged the applicable plan rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

To cancel: Contact us at destek@acopesai.com or use the cancellation link in your Paddle receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your paid plan until then. No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation except within the 7-day refund window described in our Refund Policy.

After cancellation, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan (15 analyses/day).

7. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for any paid plan if you are not satisfied. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for eligibility, the request process, and timelines. Refunds for billing errors are always corrected promptly.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or Etsy marketplace policy
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from our platform in an automated or unauthorised manner
• Create misleading, deceptive, or infringing Etsy listings
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written permission
• Submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content through our tools
• Circumvent plan limits or access controls (e.g. creating multiple accounts to gain free credits)

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

9. AI-Generated Content

TagFlow and ACOPES AI use artificial intelligence (including the Anthropic Claude API) to generate tag scores, analysis, title suggestions, and optimisation recommendations. AI-generated content:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific listing or market
• Is provided for informational and directional purposes only
• Does not constitute professional marketing, legal, or business advice

You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and applying any AI suggestions to your Etsy shop.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, and branding associated with ACOPES AI and TagFlow are owned by or licensed to ACOPES AI. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our services or content.

You retain ownership of the Etsy listing data, shop content, and other materials you submit to our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI analysis results will improve your Etsy sales, rankings, click-through rates, or revenue. Optimisation suggestions are tools, not guarantees.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACOPES AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACOPES AI, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we discontinue the service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will do so.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

If you are located in the European Union, you may also have rights under EU consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
