Refund Policy

Overview
TagFlow is a Chrome extension by ACOPES AI that helps Etsy sellers analyse tag competition using AI. Paid plans (Premium and Power Seller) unlock higher daily analysis limits and are billed monthly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This policy describes when and how we issue refunds.
Free Tier
TagFlow offers a free plan with 15 analyses per day. No payment is required and no refunds are applicable to the free tier.
Paid Subscriptions
The following paid plans are available:
- Premium — 250 analyses per day, billed at $6.99 / month
- Power Seller — 9,999 analyses per day, billed at $10.99 / month
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed. You have access to all plan benefits immediately upon successful payment.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for any paid plan if you are not satisfied. To request a refund within this window, email us at destek@acopesai.com with:
- Your account email address
- Subject line: "Refund Request — TagFlow"
- Brief reason for your request (optional but helpful)
Refunds for subsequent billing cycles are issued at our discretion and are generally not provided after renewal charges unless there was a billing error.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at destek@acopesai.com or by using the cancellation link in your Paddle receipt email.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your plan features until then. No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation unless requested within the 7-day eligibility window.
After cancellation, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan (15 analyses/day).
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong plan amount, or a charge after confirmed cancellation), contact us immediately at destek@acopesai.com. Billing errors are corrected promptly and a full refund is issued where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been initiated.
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, please contact us first at destek@acopesai.com. We will work promptly to resolve any billing issue. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
